Verika for transport · Hauliers · Couriers · Dispatch · Fleet
Drivers ask out loud. Dispatch stops being the help desk.
Verika answers from your own procedures and customer delivery requirements, and, for US fleets, the federal trucking rules (FMCSA), with the source on every answer. Hands-free, by voice, from the cab or the yard.

Examples. Each answer comes from the company’s own documents, named underneath.
Sound familiar?
Every driver rings dispatch
Gate codes, booking slots, who signs for it, what to do with a refusal. Dispatch answers the same calls all day.
Customer rules live in someone's head
Write each customer's delivery requirements down once and every driver can do the run.
Rules questions need a source
Hours of service and size and weight questions get answered from the regulation itself, with the section number.
What your team will ask
Real questions. Answers from your own documents.
“How many hours can my driver be on duty today?”
Up to 11 hours driving within a 14-hour window, after 10 consecutive hours off duty.
49 CFR §395.3
“A delivery is refused at the door. What do we do?”
Photo the goods and the address, get the refusal reason, bring it back and log it as a return before end of shift.
Failed Delivery Procedure
“Which customers need a booked delivery slot?”
All retail distribution centres and anything on the 'timed' list. No slot, no tip: rebook through the portal.
Customer Delivery Requirements
“Do I need a CDL to drive the 26,000 lb box truck?”
No. A CDL is required at 26,001 lb GVWR or more, or for placarded hazmat, or 16+ passengers.
49 CFR §383.5
“What do I do if I'm going to miss my slot?”
Ring the customer's goods-in number on the run sheet at least 30 minutes before, then tell dispatch so we can rebook.
Delivery Booking Procedure
“How do I report a vehicle defect?”
Record it on the walk-round check in the app before driving. Anything affecting brakes, steering, tyres or lights: the vehicle doesn't go out.
Vehicle Defect Reporting
Illustrative examples. Verika answers from whatever your company gives it, so your answers will be your own.
Why teams trust it
Every answer carries its source.
Answers from your knowledge
Your documents, synced from Drive or SharePoint, plus what your experienced people know, captured once and approved by you. Not the open internet. Private to your company.

Proof, not vibes
A draft answer only ships after a separate check that every claim is supported by your sources. When nothing supports it, Verika says so and logs the question for your experts.

The rules, built in
US fleets get the federal trucking rules built in: FMCSA regulations (49 CFR, including hours of service and driver qualification) and state vehicle size and weight law. UK drivers' hours rules aren't built in yet; upload your guidance and Verika answers from it.

Questions
Before you start
›Which regulations are built in?
For US companies: the FMCSA rules in 49 CFR (hours of service, driver qualification, CDL and vehicle rules) and state vehicle size and weight law. UK and EU drivers' hours rules aren't built in yet.
›Can drivers use it hands-free?
Yes. Verika is voice-first: hold the button and ask. Drivers must still follow your phone-use policy and the law on using devices while driving.
›What happens when Verika doesn't know?
It says so instead of guessing, and logs the question as a gap. Someone who knows answers it once, you approve it, and from then on everyone gets that answer, with their name on it.
›Is our information private?
Yes. Your documents and answers are only used to answer your own team's questions. Other companies never see them, and they aren't used to train AI models.
Not quite your business? Verika works the same way in any industry. See how.
