Invite your team

Verika works best when your whole team can ask it. Here's how to invite them.

Open Team. In your workspace, open Team from the menu on the left.

Invite by email. To invite someone by email, type their name and their email address.

Choose their role. Then choose their role. A team member can ask Verika anything. An expert can also answer the questions Verika couldn't, and you approve their answers before they go live.

Send the invite. Press Send invite. They get an email with a button to join, and they show here as invited until they sign up.

Or share the link. Prefer to send it yourself? Copy the invite link and drop it in your team's group chat. They can also type the team code into the Verika app.

Add people who text. Some people won't use an app at all. Add them by mobile number instead. They get a welcome text, then they text their questions to Verika and the answers come straight back.

Change roles later. You can change anyone's role later. Make someone an expert, or remove them if they leave.
