Here's how to ask Verika a question. We're using a phone, but it works the same on a tablet or a computer.
Open Verika. Open the Verika app, or go to heyverika dot com slash app in your browser and sign in.
Hold to talk. To ask out loud, hold the round button at the bottom, say your question the way you'd ask a colleague, then let go.
Check what it heard. Verika shows you what it heard. Fix anything it got wrong, then tap Ask Verika.
Read the answer. The answer comes from your own documents, your team's answers and the regulations for your region. The numbers in brackets show which source each part came from.
Check the source. Scroll down to the sources and tap one to see exactly where the answer came from.
Or type it. Somewhere noisy? Type your question instead and tap the arrow.
If Verika doesn't know. If something isn't in your sources, Verika says so rather than guessing, and passes the question to your team. You'll see the answer once someone adds it.
Find it again later. Every question you ask is saved in History, so you can find an answer again later.
That's all there is to it. Ask anything, any time, and check the source whenever it matters.
Still stuck? Email hello@heyverika.com and a real person will help.
