Answer what Verika doesn’t know

Verika only answers from your sources. When your team asks something that isn't covered, Verika says so, and the question comes to you to answer once, for everyone.

Open the Inbox. Open the Inbox. Gaps are questions your team asked that Verika couldn't answer. Suggested questions are ones only your company can answer.

Answer a gap. Press Answer, and write it the way you'd tell a new starter. Rough notes are fine, or press Dictate and say it.

Tidy it up. Press Tidy up, and Verika turns your notes into a clear answer without adding anything you didn't say. Check it, then press Save and make live. Everyone gets the answer from now on.

Approve your experts. When one of your experts answers a question, it waits for your OK. Read it, then approve it, edit it first, or decline it.

Find any answer. Every answer lives in Knowledge. Search it the way your team would ask, and edit an answer whenever the way you work changes.
